The short version
- You can browse this whole website without giving us anything.
- If you request a card, we keep what you type so we can find it and get back to you. Your name and phone number are optional.
- We never sell, rent, or share your information, and we never use it for marketing.
- No ads, no tracking cookies, and no accounts to sign up for.
- Ask us any time and we’ll delete what we have.
What we collect
When you request a card. The request form asks for the card you’re after (name, set, number, condition, budget, notes) and, only if you choose to add them, your name and phone number. When you tap the button, we save a copy for the shop’s request list and open a text message to the shop on your phone.
When you text or call us. Your message and number reach the shop’s phone like any other text or call, through your phone company and ours.
When you just browse. Nothing personal. Like every website, our hosting keeps short technical records (such as your internet address and the type of browser you use) so the site runs properly and so we can block spam. If a page crashes, your browser sends us a note about the error so we can fix it; that note doesn’t include who you are.
How we use it
Only to find the card you asked for and get back to you about it. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t send marketing texts.
Who else handles it
We don’t share your information with anyone. Two companies run the site for us:
- Railway hosts the website.
- Supabase stores the request list.
They store it on our behalf and can’t use it for anything else. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Whatnot, and Google Maps take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Cookies
We don’t put cookies on your device when you visit. The only cookies this site uses keep shop staff signed in to the back office.
How long we keep it
We keep a card request while we’re working on it and clear out old ones we no longer need. Texts stay on the shop’s phone like any other conversation.
Seeing or deleting your info
Ask us what we have, to correct it, or to delete it. Call or text (956) 520-9300, email info@planet151.com, or tell us at the counter. We’ll take care of it as soon as we can, and always within 30 days.
Kids
If you’re under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to send a card request for you. If we find out we’ve saved a request from someone under 13 without a parent’s okay, we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
